My dad was stationed in Norfolk back in the early-seventies. We lived there for a couple of years then moved to Edenton,NC. Again, I can relate!

I appreciate Virginia because I was able to experience early American history in a way kids from the mid-west or the west cannot.

Thanks for sharing the story about your daughter and her lesson learned!
